Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is not made, by calling
865-314-6699, at least 14 days prior to the scheduled rental date.
Deposit will be refunded via PayPal when tables and chairs are returned to original location, all trash has been placed in outside dumpster, lights out, doors locked, and the building has been satisfactorily cleaned.
Renters are not allowed on the premises before or after scheduled events. This will be considered trespassing.
Absolutely no tape, tacks, or any type of adhesive on walls, pictures, windowsills, or ceiling.
Absolutely NO hanging anything from any part of the ceiling.
NO glitter.
NO open flame or propane inside or outside of the building.
Alcoholic beverages, gambling, loud music, or firearms are NOT permitted on premises.
Absolutely NO parking inside the fence or gate of the Fountain City Park. Renters and guests may not open the Park gate.
Any renter violating or disregarding any of the above rules will be asked to leave the premises immediately, will be denied deposit return, and will not be allowed to rent the facilities in the future.
Renters and their guests are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and agree to indemnify the Fountain City Lions Club, Inc. of and from any liability resulting from any violation of those laws. Except for uniformed or properly identified law enforcement personnel, no one may carry firearms or other weapons onto the premises.
Any losses due to damage, theft, or noncompliance with these rules will be charged to the renter.
Renters agree to pay the building owner's and/or the Fountain City Lions Club's reasonable attorney's fees in obtaining the enforcement of any of the above rules, and this rule as well.
